Trying to explain to people this morning that I haven't got the flu and that my voice sounds like this because I was at Qpr last night.

They always used to.
I'm sitting with mine in front of me now, although there is nothing Qpr about it any more as the 'supposed' etching of the badge very quickly disappeared in the dishwasher. |

Remember discussing this at school.
Teacher went round the classroom asking each in turn where they thought their own surname was derived from.

Been to the Mandaloun before and it was all very nice until we got to dessert. I always like to try something different and thought I'd give Lebanese Cheesecake a go.
DON'T
It was literally that, cheese and cake.
If you think cheese on toast and replace the toast with a layer of sponge, that was it. Melted cheese on sponge.
Daughter thought it was very funny. |
