Thanks for the kind words. Happened originally 10 yrs ago. Tried to move a pot, the pot didn’t but my back did. Did it Thursday so been rehabilitating since. Getting slowly better thanks. Still scary.

Going to take that advice about strengthening muscles around the area. Have a great physio I’ll talk to.

I like to watch Bournemouth, Brighton etc and never Man city. Purist at heart.

From my perspective we seem to have too many players who either bottle it or just disappear when the going gets tough during a football match.
