You're an absolute shower!

Good to see plenty of older films mentioned, School For Scoundrels, I'm Alright Jack, The Naked Truth, Two Way Stretch, A French Mistress, add in the Ealing films and this really was a golden era for British Films.

The Blues Brothers
Animal House
The Pink Panther Strikes Again

Dembele and Obikwu out for Charlton game
at 17:39 3 Feb 2026

Not heard of any problems at the training ground.

Unfortunately it's all to do with the base that you are starting with and Loftus Road has always had the same drainage issues and lack of sunlight under the Ellerslie Road Stand.

Years ago where I lived the back garden was mainly clay. I dug the borders out quiet deep, very hard work, and laid some lovely new soil down. Over the course of the next year the lovely new soil filtered down through the clay and I was back to square one.

I used to think the same about Danny Shittu and his knees but it was rare for him to be unavailable.

Obikwu's injury is just typical QPR these days, ridiculous.

I really don't know Brian, probably many rules covering this.

Like you I have been pondering Sam's departure today and I think the majority of us would love to see Sam stay for the remainder of his contract. Mr Dependable in so many ways.

However I think we have to respect Sam's desire to play as much football as he can and therefore wish him the best during his time with Norwich.

Yes I did Google the question and there are mentions of the transfer window but also that you can insert any clauses you wish so long as both parties agree.

For me it depends on whether we inserted a recall clause or not. We really should have done knowing our injury record.

I wonder if there is an option to recall him?

Mr Sam Field, Captain, Player Of the Year and shot stopper extraordinaire West London is going to miss you. Wishing you all the best for the remainder of the season.

As Sints pointed out Madsen had to lift it so a sublime finish. Well deserved.

Watched again, Bennie lost the scorer. Edwards blocked, Jimmy marking empty space.

In the centre of the penalty area we had four marking two so a terrible goal to concede.

A great team goal from us, quick, crisp passing and Kone doing what we know he can do.

A Coventry player blocked Edwards and took him out of the equation. Would have to watch again to see what Bennie was up to.

Yup but I would have preferred Saito coming on now, Smyth moving to the right, Bennie coming on when Saito is spent.

I thought the Ref was going to give us a penalty in the first half as he kept on getting involved in the pushing and holding before we took a corner.

If we aren't top ten next season and if we are still talking about fitness levels and injuries then Methodology should be shown the door along with Ben Williams.

As others have said every other team in The Championship has to deal with a crazy schedule at some point during the season and that our overall fitness levels have been questionable all season.

We discussed this issue at the end of November when we won at Blackburn on a Wednesday night and then got thumped at Norwich on the Saturday. One of the players, Mbengue?, posted that after the Blackburn game the team arrived back at Loftus Road at 3:30am and were straight in to the ice baths. I suggested then that perhaps we should change this routine, stay somewhere local after the game and travel back the next day.

Even so this weeks schedule is no excuse in my opinion. I would imagine Wednesday would have been a day off, some players may have felt a little weary on the Thursday. But by Friday these young, fit, professional athletes should have been feeling normal and ready for today's game.

Overall fitness played a part today and game management. Why waste a place on the bench if you have no intention of playing Edwards? After taking the lead he should have come on. This should be the last time Mbengue is given extended game time with a yellow card. Love the guy, one of best players but everyone knows the fiery, unpredictable side of him and this has to be MANAGED correctly.

Rusty is the correct word for Morgan. little game time lately.

Will forgive Smyth for his wasted chance, the ball took ages to come down for him.

Just another clean sheet then lads.
