Yeah, I agree with the spirit of that. Although this Nardi/general football thing of never catching the f*cking ball I find hard to wrap my head around. He's also 31 now, which isn't very old for a keeper, but he's unlikely to change/improve now. (We don't seem to have coached much, or very effectively - much like the rest of our defence - though it did pretty well last night.) |

Agree with this tone of cautious optimism. Recent reasons to be cheerful (1,2,3), though the squad is still short (both literally and metaphorically) in places, and I worry 3-game weeks with a bit of travel will come back to bite us. Injuries will inevitably also shape the season. Now we're in the top 6 though, is there any reason why we shouldn't stay there? |

Brum comms saying it was a poor goal for them to concede and, bizarrely, thety'd been controlling the game. In fact, it was a great cross from Saito, and a gutsy effort from Jimmy to get on the end of it. Deserved. With their away record, we need to go for the throat now. 2-0, and they'll wilt.
