Humbly I believe that just looking at the starting line up tells you everything you need to know. A CB who is league 1 at best, a left back who should have been left back, at home. I thought that substitutions were to blame for Saturdays loss. Jander and Manning were both struggling so after scoring felt two changes were needed. Welington and Romeu. Millwall played us off the park for most of the second half and we did well to get that second goal, and when Aribo probably the worst player we have came on I felt the game was gone. Hopefully Tonder learned a big lesson. |

Maybe I'm wrong but we work hard to score one goal and both midfield and defence go into relax mode. That's Still's job to motivate the players to intensify pressure to increase a one goal lead to two or more, That does not happen. If you manager watch you see little or no reaction to on field mistakes or successes. His tactical nowse is a little limited and when substitutions are called for...and often are, his timing and choices are a little lacking.
