You're a better man than me. I neither understand nor respect it. In fact, I spit on it.

Your forensic need to hold me to standards of scrupulous consistency you don't apply to anyone else on something as inconsequential as a football message board is strangely touching in the end, Northern - not least because I'm sure you don't intend it to be.

See my previous reply. If it's rationality thou seekst from a football fan - especially this one - I don't what to tell you. In the end, we all succumb to absurdity - it's just that some are too po-faced to see it.

That actually made me chortle. Reminds me of the great David Shrigley.

I don't think I ever excluded myself from the idea that all fans are mugs, Northern. I'm a fan, so it has to follow. It's not a paradox, by the way. It's a flagrant, sickening contradiction - and (here's the newsflash) I'm a contradiction too. There's no therapy for it. That's what fan love is, what I am. It's not healthy.

Anyway, thank god for the non-contradictory, shadowless, sorted ones, looking down from a hooped Olympus on little men like me. I am un/worthy.

Hamer has an issue with Nardi's face? What does he feel is wrong with it?

And we all know how this tends to end, sadly.

JS said afterwards that he'd been on the grass for a week or two, but just not done many sessions. Hence, he asked him if he needed to come off toward the end, but fortunately he didn't.

I'm certainly bored of you - how sad are you to try to belittle people you don't even know!

If we could take out Varane (prederably permanently), play Field in his best role as a shield, and push Madsen further forward, I think that would be good.

They know 9,000 of us are coming. The team JS puts out will tell us a lot about what he really thinks of the fanbase.

I've taken that data from Transfer Markt, Wiki, and included sub apps, and talk to me first/ get your own facts right before you try to bpatronise me.

Far more important than your tediousness is we have a talent on our books if we handle him right.

As I'll unusually be in the UK for our FA Cup exit, sorry game, at the 'Ammers, I was wondering whether anyone who doesn't have me on 'ignore' had a spare ticket (and ideally two) that are surplus to requirements. Will be happy to throw in a generous tip on top of the price paid. Positive PMs greatly welcomed.

Thanks all.

It's actually 7 in 37 apps, in all comps.

His two goals, after he'd been having a terrible game, were really rousing stuff, and really dug the team out of what was a bit of a ropey 2nd half. Less importantly, he also shoved my own words about him on the match thread down my throat.

He's hardly got a lot of competition up front with the possibly outgoing Frey, but I hope he grabs his chance now he's shown what he can do.

For 'best' competition in the world, read 'most corrupted', I'm sad to say.

So why hasn't he been coached on an obvious deficit in his game? Why does it have to be a 'problem for the powers that be'?

He's scored , what, 5 or 6 goals in 30 odd apps, I think, she he's hardly looked lethal. Today was a (very) good day for sure, albeit against sh*take opposition.

If Burrell's out for a few weeks, however, Rayan'll be in by default, so he should have a decent run of games to stretch his legs. I have mixed feelings about him so far - but I want to see more of him.

I'm truly humbled by your friendly empathy! Perhaps your 'learning opportunity' could be to stop being a ptronishing dick yourself.

More importantly, well done you Rs.

Ooer, an opinion, which I'm thrilled he shoved down my throat. He actually was shocking prior to his two excellent goals, but he really showed he can do it.

Anyone else making my original barb of frustration, and I'm sure you're not saying a word.

8 mins for the flowering Kolli to get his hat-trick. (But would the hat fit on his head?)
