If Peretz continues to improve i will acknowledge that, I don't like Bazunu other than that he was the best we had, I dont think Peretz has yet proved that he is better, yes a couple of good saves, but Bazunu's save against millwall is still save of the season so far.
I hope that Peretz proves me wrong |

As you can see I have brightened up the red colour on the site and I am asking everyone for their opinion on it.
Also I am looking to create a new logo, but I am useless at this sort of thing, so anyone got any ideas for a new Ugly Inside Logo to go next to the title.

I have said this quite a bit.
His ability to command his 6 yard box, in his 5 games so far teams have scored in 3 games with an almost identical play, whip a corner across the 6 yards box and he is flapping, he is just not commanding enough and his timing is flawed |

You are right i havent been impressed with him, but I have stuck to facts and not personal abuse, I want him to do well. I have acknowledged his good and in some cases great saves and highlighted his weaknesses, if he is man of the match on sunday I will be give him the deserved credit |

Tonda Eckert has managed Saints in 17 Championship games, he has 28 points with 8 Wins, 4 draws and 5 defeats, thats 1.65 points per game, if you average that over a season then its 75 points and in most seasons that is good enough to make the play offs.
Given the underlying issues that Eckert has inherited, including a squad battered by 4 managers in the previous 12 months and relegation, cliques within the dressing room etc, I dont think he has done a bad job so far
If he keeps up that average then we will fall just short of the play offs, however if we can up it to just over 2 points a game then we can have a chance of the play offs.
So in the last 16 games we need essentially 9-10 wins and a draw or two with perhaps 3-4 defeats max.
This is of course not an exact science |

Absolutely, in 2014 everyone was up in arms as we had sold Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana and signed Pelle & Mane two unknowns who had never played in England, the fanbase was in uproar and saying we would be relegated and it all turned out ok in the end. |

Sadly that is what the club has to do, whilst it is not good to see, would you rather the club just keep all these players on the books and be weighed down with their wages, £15 million is virtually the Championship transfer ecord, or two good proven players at this level.
Everything does not have to be a negative, whatever the reason we are in the position that we are in and are paying the price, you could argue that we are where we are because we have spent 4 seasons throwing money at the squad and not spent it well for various reasons.
What do you now expect, the spending spree to go on and we once again head into bankruptcy.
Yes it was a cost cutting expense, but how many players actually left that were contributing to the club, all of you wanted Bazunu gone, so apart from him only Adam Armstrong of all those that left had played a significant amount of games and contributed much.
Aribo, Edwards, Fraser, Bella-Kotchap were all on big wages and barely played this was good business.
Once again people are twisting the headlines to fit the agenda |

I remember they played I Like It so I assumed that was one of theirs, but it was gerry & The Pacemakers , I dont think they played that long , but then again The Stone Roses had only one album and a few singles to their name at that time |

In the space of two days in May 1990 I saw two Manchester bands, the first was The Stone Roses at Spike Island, perhaps their most iconic gig, although anyone who tells you that they were brilliant was definitely not there, for the first half of the gig the sound was awful and the wind played havoc with it, it was more about the moment that the sound.
The next night I saw Freddie & The Dreamers at the Hilton Hotel in Southampton playing the Licensed Victuallers Association annual ball.
I had swapped jeans & t shirt for dinner jacket.
F & TD played their greatest hits but afterwards Freddie was a complete T***, refusing to sign anything or pose for photos unless you had bought a piece of merchandise from their little stall |
