I wanted Pearson in as he has such a great record having rebuilt Leicester after Sven ruined them.
Then I'd have been happy to keep NW,a man who i know is guaranteed to do a great job and is a very good fit for our club.
However we chose a very inexperienced JFH who's clearly making plenty of mistakes and still learning the job.He certainly fills me with far more confidence than CR ever did.
Its not going very well but he hasn't had a chance to replace the shit that will be gone in the summer so I'll see where we stand next season before making an decision.
In my opinion we need at least half a dozen decent mobile players coming in this summer. [Post edited 6 Mar 2016 7:45]

I feel QPRDave's frustration but don't agree with changing the club leadership again. I parodied 'new manager bounce' in September suggesting that we need to change after every game.
The problem we have is unlike, say, Liverpool is that our underperforming players have no fear that they will lose out under a new regime. Take my favourite example, Armand: he has no reason to bust a gut because he gets paid either way and most likely will still be here two managers down the line. He knows he won't be shipped out and he knows that the club hasn't (on paper at least) got a better option. Add FFP to the mix and it's goodnight Vienna.
No one likes losing. But, if we learn from the experience, it can have a positive outcome. |  |

And then to top it all off we change the entire back four at half time to accommodate the world's slowest fullback on his only useful foot. Surely Jimmy isn't that fcking stupid?

It is frustrating for sure
Warnock has hit the ground running again
Football is a results business and Neil certainly has produced the results in the Championship before (and for us in the few games he was with us this season)
Les was probably threatened with Neil being there
With Jimmy nothing seems to have changed (in terms of results)
Defence has generally improved and we have been reasonably hard to beat (although have a tough run of games for the rest of the season)
Weird team selections seem to happen most weeks
Anyway I am over continually changing managers so suggest we reevaluate towards the end of this calendar year both in terms of results (Jimmy) and players (Les)
I'm not sure either is the answer but hope to be proved wrong as we storm to winning the Championship next season

Said before, only Smithies, Hall and Phillips are good enough to play in any promotion chasing side.
Despite the plethora of supporters on this board demanding more lower league players what is becoming abundantly clear is you are only condemning the club to another major upheaval of playing staff this summer predominantly to replace the ones brought in last summer.
They are lower league players for a reason, not that they aren't any good, they just aren't capable of consistent performances.

The thing is Northern, how can we be upbeat as fans and look to push on after a solid win last to turn out dros the next?
I know people keep saying judge JFH next season but I fear that could be giving him too much time if we find ourselves doing the same again?!
I have to echo Daves comments about would could have been with NW, doing what he does best up North, but then I am very biased to the king of QPR!
Real shame this season has fallen flat - I honestly can't remember the last time I felt this down beat about a QPR side and hierarchy |
