What is very little?? it is not just wages that costs....lots of other things as well.


Simply put the higher you go through the age brackets the less players get retained by the club. The coaches obviously have higher hopes for this set and as you can read from the article haven't retained everyone that's contract had expired.

The U23's are where we are developing our players to either make it with QPR or be sold on to a bigger or smaller club. The idea being that we gradually attract a better caliber of player to then improve our 1st team.

Not all will make it but as someone has said it will be a heavily incentivized contract. Also i might be wrong but i dont think it comes out of the same pot as the 1st team
