All this negativity about the team, Flynn etc.. Its surprising how many fickle, short memories there are about. Granted we are going through a poor spell at present, but how many were slagging them off in the early part of the season?, or when we were 1 nil up on Sat. Stability is key in this game, not knee jerk sackings. Saying that tho three points in Kiddy on Sat is now crucial to keep track with the play-off positions. Lets get behind them at Kiddy & rest of the season!! |

I will not call for BF's head as I too want stability but he has more resources available to him at this point than every manager other than Peter Taylor. I agree with most of his signings and I agree to a point about building for the future but we are simply not getting the senior pros we need. Clubs with back 4's with av age of 21 do not get promoted Stand up(on a stool if necessary) and be counted Mr Flynn |

Ive got no problem with freedom of speech, i have been a bit peeved with some of Flynns decisions. However if some people had their way on this board we would be changing the manager every time we had a poor run! |

its not a poor run anymore. weve been playing crap for 5 months!it aint good enough. we wont get play offs now bar a miracle run i just want a good run so that flynn stays and he proves himself and we can build for next year. we shouldnt expect instant success but i think we should expect betetr than what we are doing...... |

Rubbish. If a manager makes attempts to change things then you can live with defeats - they happen everywhere. What I cannot abide is the fact that we play week in week out a system that doesnt work. It hasnt worked for months. We play players who are not playing well (Maylett a classic example) and expect things to just 'click' Sorry but the investment has been too high in this team to accept that with no comment or no comments to change. |

"think for a minute"???!!!! Been thinking about it since last fcuking October mate!!! It's about time people started to wise up to the fact that while Flynn seems to be capable of attracting class players to this club, he seems to have no idea of how to get them to play!!! A VERY pi$$ed off jack!!! --- Post edited by Nomad on 18/2 22:13 --- |

Only time will tell on that front - no-one knows what they say behind closed doors. In public they have to back their manager otherwise things will never work but what is said in the privacy of Flynn's office - do we actually know? |

Honestly? I would hope not. I wouldnt expect the board to tell me what is happening on that front before announcing it themselves |

Connoly is class, but can he still perform - From what i have seen NO Robbo, Martinez, Britton and Maylett are class, but can they perform together - From what I have seen NO. Class is excellent, without cohesion it is worthless!!! |

'IT'S A MUST WIN GAME' - Against one of the bottom sides I'm afraid a draw just isn't good enough. No excuses, you put this side together, have had excellent backing from the board, more than nearly every club in the division. You have been given more money to bring players in but haven't done it. Everyone knows we need a powerful centre half, a big striker and a Left winger and you haven't produced. YET AGAIN, WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I'M AFRAID FAILING TO WIN A GAME AWAY SINCE OCTOBER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE... |

Im depressed again! Perhaps the best we can hope for is a steady improvement ready for next season. A great run may be just around the corner but I wouldnt put my money on it.. |

Considering the output in terms of players salaries and the quality of players we have attracted, I'm not convinced that a steady improvement is acceptable to be honest. We have brought in quality players, and that doesn't come cheap and yet are as close to relegation as we are promotion, and we seem to have no one at the club who can stop the rot. |

W887, I respect your opinion but I do feel that this is Flynn's side that he has selected, they have more than enough time to Gel, and we are seeing Lacklustre performance after lacklustre performance. It simply isn't good enough. We are all happy that we have moved on from last year, but we must forget last year. We were also told by the Chairman and the manager that we hade a side who were capable of promotion. WELL WHERE ARE THEY??????? |

Ian you are absolutely correct, by all reports the game should have been won by half time, why are we not able to build on leads and more importantly defend leads, this must ultimately come from the management, what are the answers? |

Cant say i am, I agree with ian that we are underachieving with the players we have got and salary we are paying. Perhaps the good start raised everyones expectations too much and is leaving people like myself a little dissapointed. |

We are paying a full time director and a First team coach, but neither could see that we needed to bring someone on to help give us the initiative to kill the game. Yet, all those who listened to the radio could tell from the commentary what was needed. THOUGH, I"M THE FIRST TO ADMIT RADIO COMMENTARY CAN BE MISLEADING< HOWEVER THIS HAS HAPPENED TIME AND AGIN THIS SEASON |

not gonna argue with yer mate, as I said I wanna know what the chairman will say. the squad we have is based on the wage cap of last years attendances. Attendances this year are up 44% on last year add the cup run receipts and answers will need to be given The thing that hurt us from Oct onwards were injuries that did disrupt the whole squad but that does not detract from tonights unprofessional performance |

I agree mate that Injuries have hurt, but there have been so many occasion where the tactics are not right and nearly every supporter can see it, and so can the pundits yet the manager is blind to it. |

I'm disappointed We should have wrapped it up by half time by the sound of it. It will be interesting to see their equaliser sounds like a mistake from Hylton. Seeing as there were people calling for him to come back. Positives we played well so that looks good for up and coming games. P.S. Commentry was terrible!!! |

Thanks for the positives Matt. The negatives are we only drew with a very poor Boston side, that goal they scored was coming all half and yet Flynn did nothing to try and counteract it. Our league form has been shocking, and the manager has done nothing to reverse the trend. We have a situation where, we have attracted support from all over the region yet, we are once again disappointing. We will lose the support unless a miracle happens and that is what hurts. |

Hylton had a good game up untill that point.... >>Positives we played well so that looks good for up and coming games.>> Thats no positive Matt, there was no doubt that we should have won that comfortably not hang on for a point!! We didn't play well in the second half, they were all over us and a goal was inveitable! |

We played well tonight and should have been at least 3 goals to the good. Perhaps had Flynn signed the striker he promised us maybe we would have. I'm peeded off to a tee now we can't finsih teams off and Boston are fcking terrible. They did'nt sound loike scoring yet the longer it wnet on the more you knew it was going to happen. |

Yeah we all knew it was inevetable, Swans never win 1-0 and it always happens to us. I think it's a positive playing well not something we have been used to this year. Althought we still haven't won a league game this year |

i was so against flyyn going a cppl of montsh ago or last year when we was so crap but atm we are going nowhere and not many clubs would put up with 20/54 points since october.......simply not good enough. see what happens from hereon in and if we get worse i think he will have to go..... |
