We didn't have the best of starts to our new feature last week with all three bets going down against Chelsea but there are another 37 Premier League games left to redeem ourselves so we place the bets to see how we get on against Newcastle.
It has often been said during our time in the Premier League that we upset the odds on a regular basis so we thought that this season we would test the theory to see whether we do actually achieve that.
We are not planning on making huge stakes, just a simple £1 on each of three separate bets for each Premier League game that we play during the course of the season.
The three bets per game will be
* £1 on the Swans to win
* £1 on first goalscorer (determined by entries into our prediction league)
* £1 on the correct score (again taken by entries into our prediction league)
So what are our weekend bets? Well, the Swans are the bookies favourites with Betway giving 19/20 on a Swans win, the Prediction League told us yesterday evening when we placed the bets that 2-0 Swansea was the result that got the most going whilst Bafetimbi Gomis is the clear choice of entrants to score the first goal
So our weekend bets look like this
Check back in on Sunday to see if we are in profit...
