I'm still getting over the shock of Yenni actually being able to kick the ball more than 30 yards In all seriousness great to see him bang one in hopefully with a bit less pressure of a relegation scrap we might see a bit more from him between now and the end of the season
And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

I think the thing is that he has been over weight, a bit out of shape and trying to settle in a new country.
He is certainly a dead ball specialist and he can hit a ball with dip and swerve because he has a very Beckhamesque style of hitting a ball. Part of the problem is that he is an off a big man forward like Washington, not a midfielder or a winger. He's a forward.
Look how many great dead ball goals he scores and how often he ghosts into the 6 yard box from his previous clubs.
We are yet to see him fully fit, fully settled and playing where he should be playing. Certainly a great player to put on free kicks and pens.
Was that the BBC Radio London commentary you were listening too?
Andy Rowley came up with one of my favourite Rs related quotes ever in connection with that free kick: "What was Kuszczak doing? Who cares!" Wonderful.

It was Rob Scott for that game. I thought they did a great job and I loved their rabid bias.
I was pruning some unruly shrubs in the garden and at one point - when the third goal went in, I think - I ran to the window to celebrate in front of Mrs From Afar, waving my secateurs and a large branch like someone out of Lord of the Flies.
What a game, what a result, but we have to get another three points tomorrow.

I was sat right down by the front and thought Kuszczak made a right mess of it - live it felt like he had time to even get back and claw it away but just kind of lay there.
Couldn't care less mind

But what about the goalkeepr and his attempts to save that "Continenty" of a free kick?! You've got to be dissapointed with yourself, letting that in, shirley?!
Was sat up two-thirds up behind the goal and as said previously the final dip on the ball was astonishing. I thought their keeper actually did well to get a hand on it in the last seconds given that for about 95% of the time the ball has been hit it certainly looked like it was going to fly safely over the bar. An absolutely fantastic strike and for me could be about the best free-kick goal I have seen Rangers score.
