I have a feeling that Stoke won't let him play when we're up there in a couple of weeks. Hope Scowen can perform to the required standard. I wonder if Hall might be a better proposition?

It's always noisiest at the shallow end

I thought it a rule anyway that you cannot play against your parent club

Only if it is the loan agreement. I don't think that is any mandatory stipulation (unless of course you are leader, captain, racist bellend).

Never knowingly understood

It’s not allowed in the Sky Premier League at all. In theory Stoke could allow him to but that would be rather dim on their part.

Chelsea allowed their loanees to play in the cup for FLD the other day which was a nice touch.

On a related point, Ryan Manning can;t play against us the game after. Right??!!

Cameron won't play against Stoke, Manning won't play against us.
If we can beat Rotherham and Hull after the break then regardless of the Stoke result we're going to be in great shape.
