Really enjoyed his time with us. Intelligent team player. Scored some vital goals for us.

Never knowingly right.

This'll annoy a few, based on the discussion on this week's pod. Find it amazing that an ex-players club can generate so much anger amongst fans. Clive did a good job of rebutting it on the pod, it's worth a listen.

Found the pod a bit irritating this week. Given how well we’re playing and it seems most people are enjoying it all, the panel seemed to be quite pissed off with life.

Lads and lady lass. Relax. Don’t worry. Think of existential bollocks. Have a pint. Or eight.

Cheer the f uck up!

Nice video thanks for posting what a strike.I loved his goal at Everton for us too but I realized that day it was not going to be easy in the P.L.

Don't get the forever R's thing, Tommy Smith Watford Estate Agent perhaps Andy Sintons looking for a semi😜, I could name 50 players I'd put in front of him.

Tommy Smith played an integral part in one of our greatest ever seasons. It wasn’t his fault that that utter cúnt Mark Hughes treated him so badly.

Tommy Smith is/was a good professional. He deserves his place in Forever Rs.

it's not a hall of fame, the forever r's is a way to bring back players or managers who played for the club and give then a chance to say thanks to fans, have a day out and feel involved with the club again, a way to say thank you

Players like Peter Ramage and Zesh Rehmann were inducted due to the work they did with the community trust then you have the ones like Stan Bowles, Ray Wilkins etc were inducted for being great players. It's a nice thing to do to make the club feel like a family club and show current and future players that the club cares and if they serve club well they will be looked after and always be welcomed back

me too, Finney going off on one about Brentford for 10 minutes was bizarre. Did enjoy Clive though who spoke a lot of sense as usual

It's more a matter of who is available and who wants it.

I was initially sceptical, but they've become my highlight now, i absolutely love these Forever Rs interviews. Frequently make me very emotional.

They are for any player who ever played in the hoops and appreciated it, as the club previously made clear.

This.

Finney and Flo get on my tits full stop on the pod. Clive brings normality when he's on and speaks about QPR, whereas the other two bring some sort of agenda everytime.

Will never listen to Flo after the racism at QPR storm she made up, all to push her extreme feminist and left wing agenda. We're not Chelsea or Millwall, politics has never been a problem at Rangers and never will be.

So glad it wasn't only me that thought that!

Did you give that feedback to them? I once messaged the podcast team after a particularly negative podcast two seasons ago and got a very nice email back, taking my points on board and inviting me on there! I haven't taken them up on it yet.

Haven't listened to this week's episode but generally prefer it when David Fraser is helming it as he keeps people going off on one (not always Paul).

Who's "Flo" and what happened?

I did send a message to Flo via twitter with my thoughts (in a polite manner), and got a barrage of lies back. She accused the supporters of not being an openly diverse crowd and blaming this on the QPR supporters themselves.

She doesn't like white males with an opinion that's different to hers it seems.....

It’s not a competition and it’s a whole lot better than watching people attempt to kick a football into fcking wheelie bin at half time.

I was really glad when Clive argued back on the pod about the Tommy Smith thing. It's so frustrating that fans are STILL complaining and STILL not understanding what Forever Rs is, despite it being explained numerous times. It's just a name for players that have played for us and a way to welcome them back for a chat. It's not saying 'you're a club legend' or 'you're one of the top 10 players we've ever had'. I honestly, honestly cannot see people's problem with almost anyone being invited on under the Forever Rs banner, short of the likes of Bosingwa. Fans are so bloody precious about this stuff - and hypocritical. We all love Sinton but I guarantee anyone who was at that Sheff Wed game when he first came back booed the crap out of him (I shamefully include myself). In retrospect, that was appalling behaviour.

What's so wrong about inviting Tommy Smith back? You know, it's just a nice thing to do. What's the problem? Infuriates me.

Have to disagree with some of the above about Flo - I think she's a really good addition to the pod and enjoy her contributions, although I disagree with some of them and think she's often too harsh on the team and some of the players. But who wants to listen solely to things you agree about?

No idea what the poster above is talking about, but anyone who thinks we've never had a race problem at LR is deluding themselves. Certainly it's never been like it is at certain other clubs, but we have been guilty of singing some pretty disgusting songs in the past (about Drogba, notably), and while it's improving, look around you - we're nowhere near as diverse-a crowd as, say, Arsenal. It is an issue - one Les has been working hard on and talked about very well on the pod in the past.

Bare bones.

As I’ve said many times before, at the 82 cup final a fair few thousand singing “there’s only one kind of ni***r every time Bob Hazel got the better of crooks.
At Everton away circa 1990 at the time of inflatables one of our fans thought it was appropriate to have an inflatable gorilla wearing our away shirt with a number 4 on the back, then they wondered why Paul Parker got the hump when they waved it at him.

Another one in defence of Flo. I don't listen to every episode but I find her contributions interesting and intelligent.

I don't remember the racism comments exactly to be honest.

I have no problems at all with any of the people who go on the pod. I only felt this episode went in a bit about the negative bits of our season.

It’s been a long time since we’ve played decent football like this and it may not continue even for this season. But hey ho. Was just an irritation, nothing to get the hump about.
