Today's highlights on 10:18 - Dec 1 with 980 views | PinnerPaul | Exactly - posted this after the Wigan game but here , again is the relevant wording from the LOTG listing offences that can apply at penalty kicks  - feinting to kick the ball once the kicker has completed the run-up (feinting during the run up is permitted) the referee cautions the kicker Even the highlights commentator says that the Derby GK is claiming 'You can't do that anymore' - where does this stuff come from - that part of the law hasn't changed in years & years and certainly it has never been illegal to 'feint' during the run up.   [Post edited 1 Dec 2019 11:08]
