Did a proper job. From marshalling the wall in the first half to defending from the top of the pitch in the 2nd. As soon as he signalled to the bench to come off, you knew Rovers would be able to start their play a further 15 yards up the pitch and start turning the screw. Some of his passing in tight spots was really, really clever.

I'm definitely a Nug Nugs convert.

I like the defending from the top of the pitch comment.

It's something that's been missing from our game all season.

We're too passive.

I'd like to add that I acknowledge the vital role Gnanduillet's played this season. We'd be in Dickie's meadow without his contribution to the team.

But seriously. He's not the future, not the way forward.

Learning to read clusters is not something your eyes do naturally. It takes constant practice.
