Mrs spudgun was at Morrisons at 7.30 yesterday morning (to beat the rush!); she was saying the same to me as I helped her unload the van full of Andrex she had bought.
Should be ok until Xmas 2021.
Tinned tuna and pasta tomorrow...

Postman this morning knocked on door, I opened door then he left parcel on the ground saying he's not allowed to actually hand it to me
He's wood chipper fodder next week.

man in Golders Green Sainsbury’s wouldn’t give an elderly lady just 1 of a number of (the last) packets of dry pasta he had grabbed. He said no when she asked him politely. Very upsetting. We need a national kindness effort to look out for the elderly, infirm & vulnerable #BeKind

In the circles I move in, "Can I have some of your dried pasta" is a sexual euphemism. She's lucky I didn't whisk her off to a hotel for bouncy bouncy.
Some friends of ours were shopping at Tesco at Clifton and there was a woman in front of them with 140 cans of baked beans in her trolley - my pal counted. Nothing else but baked beans. She had cleared out the last of them.
My pal said nothing, even though he had been forced to buy the low salt beans which he doesn't really like.
Would you have said something?

Amazing the lengths people will go to, to recreate their favourite movie scene....

Used to go to a 6th form film night when at school and Mel Brooks (and Woody Allen ) were always the best attended, although I preferred ` Young Frankenstein`...

It depends how I feel at the time. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
I pulled a guy up at the gym last week. He was hogging a popular piece of equipment all to himself. Not just once. He was doing it every day. Cheeky so and so.
I'm venturing out now for the first time since Friday.
I wonder what state the supermarket will be in??
Learning to read clusters is not something your eyes do naturally. It takes constant practice.
