Why not both.
Some footballers seem to think they are immune to Coronavirus so can do as they please. Aside from repeat offender Walker just ask Mount, Rice, Ndombele, Mourinho, Sanchez, Sessegnon, Aurier, Sissoko (Spurs seen particularly bad for it, along with Levy’s approach they should be ashamed), Grealish, Luiz, Xhaka, Pepe, Lacazette, Rooney, Niasse, Kean, Rojo. Might be wrong, but doesnt Walkers sister have some issues, which may explian why he did what he did.
Given his fame and the fact he'd already got into trouble it does on the face of it seem monumentally stupid.
