If we spend £2.5m on anyone without selling Eze first, I’ll eat my Ushanka.

I can't see us signing any players for any money for fore seeable future. Take all these stories with an even bigger pinch of salt than before.

He's a 21year old striker for that lot. Surprisingly he's on loan in Holland

Oh what a surprise to learn he's a Chelsea player out on loan

"League One table toppers Coventry City are also tracking Londoner Ugbo whose contract with Chelsea expires next summer."

Enough said

£2.5m?!

“A few rising to £2.5m based on a number of conditions”, such as QPR winning the FA Cup, this fella scoring 20 goals a season 3 years running and QPR getting 5 or more numbers on the lottery.

That would be more like it.

I can’t see us spending money on anyone without having sold someone for a lot of money!

Let’s hope this doesn’t mean Eze is being sold to the scum and Mr Ugbo is a makeweight in the deal.

Poll: Where will we finish up next season?

Transfer news!! Transfer news!! I used to live for this, rumour column, Ceefax News in Brief page 312, Teletext 140 for general and 170 for London (which was great) and some naughy phone bills run up on my parents and Gran's account from calling Clubcall then TeamTalk.

Then Sky, BBC and all those click baits ruined it all.....grrrrrr

Anyways, we will need a striker next season (whenever its is). I watch thehighlights of the Cardiff and Stoke home games and thought we should try and keep Hugill although we will be too expensive and I've probably got my rose tinted glasses on. We do miss Wells but I'm not as fussed after his form in his first loan speall and Bristol City got slightly ripped off.

To be seen if Oteh can come in and stake a claim. I live in hope that he can as he looks like he has everything he needs.

our track record with players with surnames starting with U is not encouraging

on the bright side I "eyed up" someone the other day but nothing came of it so maybe this is nothing more than hot air or agents doing what they do best

I can’t think of any. Am I missing someone obvious?

I’m missing something obviously too.

When are we playing?

Which season?

Why are we recruiting in May?

Yeah, it all seems very unlikely considering how uncertain the future is.

Would the £2.5 million valuation be current or pre March?

If the former, it would have decreased to a fair extent. If the latter it would surely be too much for us. Especially if we have a new training ground to pay for!

I've seen it stated thatr he is currently on £9k a week as well which would be interestingl. I'm sure we wouldn't offer him an increase, but would we stretch to £9k per week? I suspect that we might & that could be the best offer he will receive.

Or it may all be a load of b*****ks!
