Why would he want to come here? He's just spent 8 years bringing Wycombe to this level. Why should he leave them now?
We have a really good manager. If we can find a way to defend next season and the right players to replace the one's we've lost then we have a manager that likes to attack and score goals. We aren't going up any time soon but we do have a chance to be top 10 and also entertain the fans. Warburton is building but as you've just said, Ainsworth has taken 8 years to some how get his team up. Warburton needs 4-5 here to get things properly stable after the last X years of mayhem. | |
