This is supposed to one of the best. Apparently they were all falling out with each other. I think it's only average, but I'm in the minority. Poor ol' hamster.

Many years ago when my daughter was a kid she had two hamsters. One morning before school she came running down stairs because it seemed that one of them wasn’t moving. Up I went and checked on the comatose hamster and sure enough it had gone to the big hamster wheel in the sky. I said to her to cheer her up that when the other hamster eventually goes that I would get her a rabbit. That afternoon before she came home I for some reason decided to check on the remaining hamster and blow me sideways, that one had decided to join his mate.
Katie comes home, she’s had a good day at school so how do I break the news to her? Katie, I called. She comes running. When would you like to choose your new rabbit? Straight away she twigged and burst into tears again!
Much of Space Oddity is break-up songs about a certain Hermione Grainger, who had ditched Bowie to go and be in the film, Song of Norway. Decades later he appeared in a t-shirt with the home-made slogan Song of Norway in the video of Where Are We Now?
I do rather wonder what his missus thought of that.
