That'll be interesting because obviously you want them as spread out as possible, but the more stands you open the more it costs to staff.
I don't see how they can use the Loft at all with the away dressing room the blue and white bar and the tunnel now in the lower loft. That whole area, and the concrete concourse behind it, will be the 'red zone' or whatever you call it where the away team and staff are isolated. And they've been entering by the SAR turnstiles which is where you get into the upper loft.

Depends on size of club and stadium.
Wingate and Finchley in the Isthmian might get on average 200-250 attendees, and the whole ground is opened up regardless so not really any issues there I don't think. | |

According to the rules it would have to be tier 1, with a minimum capacity of 8,000. I can't think of any. | | | |
