Vaccine rollout on 18:53 - Jan 11 with 279 views | spell_chekker | Vaccination is slow going here. The objective is to vaccinate 15 million before the summer. Here's where we stand (last updated on Saturday evening): There are 100 squares. Each square represents 1% of the population. The green part represents the number of people vaccinated (next to nothing). The red represents a target of 60% of the population to be vaccinated (I don't know why a 60% vaccination rate is the target). The pink squares are the other 40% of the non vaccinated population.

Vaccine rollout on 14:06 - Jan 12 with 257 views | spell_chekker | True, we haven't got that kind of data to hand. One of France's, perhaps its biggest, problem is the bureaucracy and paperwork. Things take a long, long time to get implemented. Everything gets bogged down with it all. It's hell to negotiate and get anything done. It really is. You don't know the half of it. The upside is that its a very thorough system. It works extremely well (precisely and efficiently) when things finally get moving. Hence we're currently slow coaches with the vaccination programme and data.
