Recently buying a new house and in the process of selling my current one, I've had dealings with a few estate agents.
Or should I say bottom feeders?
They're all quick to play the sincere / genuine / ethical card!!! 
I had the biggest shark in the pond round last week for an interview who started her monologue off with "I work on a basis of trust ....."
Yeah, right.
In a professional context, we all like to stack a few cards in our own favour but to go as far as these estate agent guys do is something else.
