I've been a lurker for quite some time so now is the good time to take the plunge. I'm a fellow QPR supporter living in Cowley, just down the road from Uxbridge. My current favourite players are Taarbs, Ale Faurlin and Jamie Mackie. My all-time favourites are Sir Les, Kevin Gallen and Lee Cook.
I'm still scarred by Tommy Williams' refusal to square the ball for Paul Furlong in the play-off final and Big Dave Agyemang's glaring miss against Hull City in our promotion season! However, nothing can ever beat the pure ecstasy of celebrating that Furlong goal against Oldham, late Mackie winners against Derby and the Scousers!
I'm looking forward to contribute to this excellent messageboard ahead of the new season. Here's hoping to a stress-free season!

Do you by any chance live on the Falling Lane/Park View Road end of Cowley (although that might be classed as West Drayton that far down) as I used to see a QPR flag dangling proudly from a top floor window on Falling Lane the season we won the Championship? | |

I work so close to it for 3+ years but have never put a foot inside it - not sure why. Maybe it just looks a little ropey, but that has not stopped us going into some of the other pubs in the area on a Friday lunchtime. | |
