The pedantic capitulations and entitlement of Arsenal especially Rice, not even a booking and claiming he went for the ball.

Add Sterlings only contribution to this game apart from what he always does In every game playing for Arsenal, giving the ball back to the player who just gave it to him, mouthing off to the referee and did get booked. So you know what he said was personal.

I like their football but not the football team. Must come from the top.

. Comes from Arteta.

Imperial college have been hanging on to that lane for ages knowing they can sell it when the time comes. Both sides of that road has huge spaces.

What I’m not hearing from the current labour goverment is the complete bollocks that were continually spouted by the Tories ad nauseam that had nothing to do with any policies but just to irritate people and distract them.

The point is policies are driven by economic thinking and nothing is gauranteed to work. There is also economic thinking about big and grand does not work either from the thinking of the economist E.F Schumacher. Neo Liberalism is in charge with no plans to go away any time soon regardless who ever the ring master is.

Ps. Friend of mine has been waiting 30 odd years to get rid of his house through compulsory purchase who lives in Harmondswoth.

I was on the Sheila Fogerty show on LBC a while back. Somehow Rednapps name comes up in the conversation and how dodgy he was. She was good old Harry etc. Ask any QPR or Southampton fans and they will tell you different. I told her and the millions of listeners. I tried fellow r’s, I tried.

Even hearing him on those betting adverts grates and all those duped including my Dad who thought he was such a lovely genuine man.

I really was done with Rangers during those times. I also had the misfortune of knowing a lot of what was going on behind the scenes which didn’t help.

Abuse in modern football

Good for Cantona and doing something. Players also cupping their ear or silent lips to fans. Wouldn’t do that if they knew they felt safe etc.

The hounding Oliver got from the Arsenal players was insane. Hey don’t fing trip him then and be so indignant as you got penalized for a professional/tactical foul and my team mates would be proud instead of one reasonable sane soul from Arsenal saying

‘what the fcuk you doing’

I wouldn’t last 5 mins in a professional clubs dressing room. My mate played at a high level and said it ain’t the brightest place.

Wednesday played the mid block first half keeping us out of the final 3rd and played a high press 2nd half. Worked well against us. Credit where it’s due. They also have a player with one of those sweet left foots that come in handy.

Bugged the hell out me with R block singing his name and I think Ramsey also making him captain. Leading the team out at Everton away. This is who is representing QPR.

Just because someone says something loud and confidently doesn’t mean theres any worth or credibility in it. A lot of it in the soccer/football world.

Bristol City away 1978 at half time. Anyone else remember that police horse. I can also still picture Stan’s leg dangling to this day. Horrible site.

Our escorts back then we’re something out of scenes of captured soldiers being marched through previously occupied streets. Everything stopped, pubs emptied. To be fair police were very good at keeping the peace and sorting out the locals. Marches from the station at Leicester and Derby away for example.

Always fascinated me this topic.

19th Aug 1978 opening game of the season away at Liverpool. A hundred odd hardy soles, give or take, with a few carriages on a regular train and the allocation being on the back row of the main stand where the teams come out. Got smacked in the face as well for what it’s worth. Lime street station coppers wise words were you shouldn’t have come up here then.

8th May 1982 Barnsley away. Lost 3-0, fun day out singing you can watch us on the box. A few weeks later thousands at Wembley.

Back then you knew most of the away crowd. Doug for example quite regularly being escorted around the pitch from the home end into the away end.

I think it turned around in the first Holloway era. A bit of us and them mentality and rallying around.

Selling out away ends now has become a lot more common and harder to get tickets.

Thought we got too cocky and over confident after the goals. We've all been around the game long enough knowing that isn’t a good look. Thought I might be the only one to notice it and didn’t want to bring it up especially because it was a game I enjoyed watching.

We all want to enjoy watching our team which becomes optional when viewing from an armchair. Great performance well done to all especially those who attended.

Thanks for reply’s.

The vivid seats app allows you to see tickets available, also resale, so I’ll look into it on the day of the gig. Only me going so easier. Journey into DC is another matter!
