I don’t get it. In all probability we will be safe and Leeds will already be promoted so it’s going to be a nothing game. Spare a thought (just a little one 😝) for Leeds fans who want to celebrate a successful season but simply can’t make on a Friday evening. They might get here but there’ll be no trains back after the match.

Begovic is a hugely experienced at a very high level. He’s well aware of his limitations and he won’t come for balls if feels he might not make it. Have we conceded a goal because he was caught in no man’s land ? We were lucky to get him when we did, where do you think we could have got a better keeper for the money we had and where do you think we would have found a keeper that would have come to us at that time ?

Strange referee. Did really well until he gave the goal that even I didn’t think the whole of the ball had crossed the line. I thought at the time he should have checked the VAR and when he eventually did he had to reverse his decision. After that anyone who looked him in the eye got a yellow.
Ho hum. Special mention for the Finnish supporters still singing at the end and afterwards.

Of course we’re concentrating on the effect last night’s ref’s mistakes could have on the relegation battles but it also impacts on the fight for a play off place. WBA are hanging on to the last playoff place by the skin of their teeth. If I was Hull and a couple of others teams I’d b well pissed off with WBA getting an undeserved pint last night.
