I've got another one.
In the same place as last time.
I'd respect it more if they weren't lying in wait, in a highly strategic place, to ambush overtaxed workers on their way to and from their place of work.
Meanwhile, camps of gypsys are running wild and the filth are too scared to deal with them.
|The Push for the Play-Offs|
at 22:26 1 Apr 2021
The average points total for the last play off spot, 6th place, in L1 is 74.5.
The average points total for automatic promotion in 2nd place is 86.7.
We've currently in 7th place with 57 points from 35 matches and so an automatic slot is now well out of reach (10 wins needed from 11 remaining games)
To achieve the play-offs, we require another 18 points from our last 11 games. For example, 5 wins, 3 draws, 3 defeats. Very much doable.

I've not heard the official news yet but a colleague's just rung me to break the news that we're being locked down again.
I wonder what the new set of rules will be and how many forms we'll have to fill out to go to the supermarket.
Now where did I put that last packet of toilet rolls?

Recently buying a new house and in the process of selling my current one, I've had dealings with a few estate agents.
Or should I say bottom feeders?
They're all quick to play the sincere / genuine / ethical card!!!
I had the biggest shark in the pond round last week for an interview who started her monologue off with "I work on a basis of trust ....."
In a professional context, we all like to stack a few cards in our own favour but to go as far as these estate agent guys do is something else.
Why would you do that to yourself, go that far to earn a living?

After playing with such style for the last 2 seasons, winning both the Champions' League and the Prem, they've gone into a kind of full meltdown implosion.
Currently, they're on a run of 5 straight home defeats . There's no way they're going to ginish the season in the top 4.
What's going on?
It's got to be more than just a slump in form or a bit of bad luck / refereeing decisions / things going against you.
Klopp must've lost the plot and the dressing room.
I reckon a sacking is on the cards.

Unless there are any major works, I'll bookmark this and add any pitch news.

Changed lightbulb sockets.
The 3 bedrooms are small but boy. Spent 1,5 days ripping up the bedroom carpets - and, be Jesus, were they well glued down.
In them days, they knew how to glue 'em down.

Mid table in L1.
And yet, I find all the games to be riveting.
Take away the 3 years of promotion / prem / play offs and this is a year that has been better than any other for the last 50 years (since I started watching).
Was it BRR2 who used he word "compelling"?
For better or for worse, it has been, compelling that is, (yes it is compelling) and I've enjoyed it more than any other season outside the obvious 1,2, or 3 years of high flying success.
This season is (and isn't yet finished) one of the best!.
See you on Tuesday evening.

I'd be tempted to say "bidon" if you'd ever want to look up the French translation.
Our entertainment will have to come from somewhere else.
