Striker Darryl Duffy signed from Hull City for £250,000 after he impressed on a loan spell at the end of last season - where he scored 5 goals in 5 starts. The Glasgow born forward started his career at Glasgow Rangers where he came up from the youth ranks - he only made three substitute appearances with the Gers - including one in the Champions League against Panathanaikos.
He made some loan appearances at Scottish clubs Brechin & Montrose but his career took off at Falkirk in Scottish Division One; where he scored 27 goals in the 2004-05 season, before moving to Hull in 2006, where Duffy only made 9 starts at Championship level.
He's only 23 and looks a good prospect, he's quite pacy and looks to have a good eye for goal if he continues to start the season where he left off then he'll have no problem scoring the goals.
