All roads lead to Lords for many Saints fans on Saturday.
Many Saints supporters who would normally be heading for Norwich on Saturday are changing sports and making the shorter trip to London and Lords for the Friends Provident final.
With Hampshire taking on Durham and a large chunk of Hampshires support being drawn from the Southampton area, even before saints poor start many regular away fans had bought their tickets for the final.
Whether a similar effect will happen down the road at Fratton is unlikely if only for the reason that most regualr Pompey fans will have season tickets and therefore will have more inducement to stick with football on Saturday.
BUt with Pompey live on the box against Bolton Wanderers some of the pubs in St Johns Wood could be lively around lunchtime on Saturday although hopefully it will all be friendly banter as Saints supporters hope for a win for the Lancashire club followed by news from Norfolk of a Saints win and then of course the sight of Shane Warne lifting the Friends Provident Trophy.
