Joe Allen believes that despite their recent dip in form the Swand remain in the driving seat for a play off place
The Swansea City midfielder made his return from injury yesterday in the 0-0 stalemate with Ipswich at the Liberty. That result made it just one win in seven during March for the Swans but they remain 5 points clear of the non play off places with games slowly running out for them to be caught.
Allen told BBC Sport "We are still in the driving seat and that's the way we aim to keep it until the end of the season," he said.
"We're not worried. We've got too much faith in our own ability as a squad to worry.
"Especially at home, you want to win games and that's vital for any team competing at the top end of the table.
"It's nice to be back, we've had some frustrating matches and results recently.
"I think today was extra frustrating from the point of view that Ipswich, credit to them, they got the point they came for.
"It's always difficult to play against teams when they set up the way they did.
"We pride ourselves on beating those kind of teams, but unfortunately we didn't have enough."
