Swansea City have been linked with a move for Leeds United man Alan Sheehan
Fresh from losing Fede Bessone to Leeds last week, Swansea City are now reported to be interested in making a move for Sheehan who is one player that Leeds are looking to move on this summer.
The Yorkshire Evening Post reports that the Swans appear to be interested in the player although no mention has been made of any official approach or offer towards Sheehan.
Sheehan is under contract at Elland Road but deemed surplus to requirements having spent the end of last season on loan at Swindon in what proved to be ultimately an unsuccessful promotion campaign.
Swindon are keen to retain his services for the coming season but with Sheehan a left back it is reported that the Swans may see him as the ideal replacement for Bessone.
Leeds have already confirmed that they want him to move on - along with Andy Robinson, Tresor Kandol and Lubomir Michalik.
