Another Friday and another contract renewal, with the news that Jamie Allen had extended his contract with the club by a further twelve months.
Allen's deal was due to expire at the end of the season, and whilst that offered the club some protection to him leaving on a free transfer, there was certainly a fear amongst the club's support that we might lose the services of the young midfielder.
But those fears were put to one side as the club announced that he had penned a new deal with the club keeping him at the Crown Oil Arena until the Summer of 2018.
