The U’s have made a deadline day signing, bringing in Olamide Shodipo on loan from Queens Park Rangers.
Shodipo is 20 years old and plays on the wing. He is a product of the R’s academy and joins until the end of the season.
He's made 14 appearances (seven starts) for the R's and spent the second half of last season on loan at Port Vale, where he made six appearance (four starts), before an Achilles injury put him out of action for seven months.
He has also represented the Republic of Ireland, playing at under 19 and under 21 level.
