The U's have signed striker Kayode Odejayi on loan from Championship side Barnsley.
The 27-year-old, who famously scored Barnsley's winning goal against Chelsea in the FA Cup last year, moves to United Way on an initial three-month loan.
Started his career at Bristol City as a trainee, later moving on to Forest Green Rovers and Cheltenham Town (£5,000) before arriving at Barnsley (£200,000), the Nigerian-born frontman has made a total off 317 appearances (206 starts) in his career to date, scoring 54 goals. Earlier this year he spent a month on loan at Scunthorpe United, scoring one goal in six appearances (one start).
