The U's have completed the signing of trialist Lloyd James. The former Southampton trainee is John Ward's third signing since taking over the managerial reins.
The 22-year-old has been on trial for the past three weeks and moves to United Way on a free transfer having been released by the Saints at the end of last season.
Though a midfielder by trade, he can also play full back.
