As was mentioned on the messageboard back on Sunday morning, Deane Smalley has signed for Dale on a month's loan from Oldham Athletic.
Smalley came through the ranks at Boundary Park, before breaking into the first team. He's six foot tall and can play up front or out wide, and he has made over a hundred appearances for the Latics.
Smalley will go straight into the squad for Saturday's game against Plymouth Argyle.
