Crystal Palace have signed Freddie Ladapo on a two and a half year contract from Margate. Is he now the most successful product of the academy?

Amazing...and how come we didn't notice it and farmed him off to godforsaken ?Margate?
He looked pretty good in the limited appearance's he made for us.
And do we get some payment for him having him come through our academy?

Released by the U's over two years ago. Sometimes players have to step back to progress forward .
Remember seeing him make his cup debut for Kidderminster, after his release,at the Stadium of Light on TV, wasted golden opportunity instantly to make a name for himself .
Became frustrated at being on the bench, and a early release gave him a chance to pick up a club before others .
Wish him well ,still early days for Academy products , but Alex Gilby has certainly stepped up the the plate lately for future progression .

Poll: End of season placement.

Hadn't realised he was released two years ago. Doesn't seem that long. Doesn't time fly when you're having fun?
