Man Utd v Col Utd on 12:35 - Nov 27 by thrillseeker

I have a friend currently working in Krakow and he is returning home a bit earlier for Xmas so he can be at OT

This is the furthest distance I have heard of so far

In April 2015 I was wearing my U’s top in Kathmandu Nepal, waiting for the airport shuttle, worried about whether I would make it in time for kick-off that evening. Fortunately, I arrived home four days later still in my grubby match shirt, having slept three nights under a table in an open car park and having been airlifted from the earthquake zone via Bangladesh.

So, I wish anybody planning to make the OT game after travelling from overseas better fortune and suggest that you take your laptop as (I-Follow) fall-back. But with 15 coaches going from JCS it is odds on that mine will be the one that breaks down. Suggest avoid coach D!

Col U official is stating that almost 5,000 tickets sold so far.

Perhaps we might yet achieve 8,000.

Obviously 3 in the Stretford End (Durham plus sons)!!!

Have just seen from the youthful line up that Bernard Shaw was playing for United and he died in 1950!

Not surprised he's still playing, he is both man and superman after all.

For some reason in my head I thought CUSA membership was £30, not a tenner. Game changer. Might have to ask Mrs GOSBTS in the morning if I'm allowed to go.

Does anyone have an update on COL U ticket sales for the upcoming match at OT?

On 28 November sales were about 5,000.

According to the OT ticket map the following blocks have been taken:
E331 - E336 in total
E230 - E233 in total
E132 - E135 in total

South 229

The East Stand seats are £36 - probably all sold
Corner Seats are £37
and if we manage the full allocation the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand seats are £43

I do not know how many of those are definitely COL U, but perhaps we are edging closer to 6,000 sales.

It would be good for our club to really push the tickets now, lets see if we can sell 8,000.

Over 5,200 yesterday according to someone on the OMB. I was on the phone to the ticket office earlier about tickets for the Salford game, and the chap didn't have the number, but reckoned sales were still going well. With very few left to sell up the back of E331, it's possible that people are waiting for the lower tier to become available?

Gut feeling at the moment is that we might make 6k, but maybe not many more - so that's only twice our usual home attendance, for an evening game just a week before Xmas, and over 250 miles away - not bad really

Col U official reports over 5,000 tickets sold.

No ticket sales or collections on the day.

Also please note the restrictions on bag size permitted in the stadium.

I can't take my camera in either but mobile phones are ok.

If you purchase items in the club shop they are permitted.

Let's hope a good result at Glanford Park gets us to the 6,000 mark.

From tonight's Man U match report...

"This is crucial as, with a Carabao Cup quarter-final against Colchester in which they are overwhelming favourites, Solskjaer's side were starting what could turn out to be 19 games in 77 days"

Signs of complacency setting in at OT"

The Man U line up is going to be close to what they played tonight

Romero
Young Tuanzebe Maguire Williams
Garner Matic Mata Pereira
Martial Greenwood

Subs
Jones Rashford Grant Fred McTominay Laird Chong

Complacency yes from Man United perhaps we must play without fear and show them some respect but not too much
