Anyone watching the cricket today?Who will win is anybody’s guess.
Why do we always seem to start a test series so poorly?

Dropped catches cost us over a hundred runs and could be the difference, all depends on Buttler now.

Do they still call them 5 day internationals? Watched fifteen minutes this morning of what might well of been classed as a game of baseball.

Not that many last 5 days now unless the weather intervenes, but this is about as thrilling as it gets.I can only imagine what it’d be like with a full ground.

Highlight of the day so far is David Lloyd just saying that the umpire has got his ring piece out to measure the ball.
I almost spat my tea out.

It all went quiet for a few seconds and I expected them to come back laughing but maybe they didn’t pick up on it.
I missed a lot of the windies games due to work unfortunately,so I didn’t hear those comments. But some of the anecdotes on cricket are classics.

I’ve got a good book on cricket wit

Pakistanis were very chirpy early on, the windies didn’t seem as loud in the field

I like the story about Inzamam calling David Boone a bus conductor for a while until he was out and Boone ran over to open the pavilion gate open for him shouting “Tickets please.”

What a brilliant game that swung one way and then the other.Well played England and commiserations to a good Pakistan team.
Should be a good series against two evenly matched teams.

What a way to spend my 28th anniversary, but I don’t think the Mrs was too happy as the stormed off to work.
There’s just no pleasing some people is there?
Maybe she had the hump because she couldn’t stay until the end of the match?

I didn’t buy you a present my dear but I taped the highlights for you.Sounds good to me.
Unless I tell her that the 28th anniversary is willow and leather and buy her a bat and ball?

Missed it here in Ireland, but great to see Pakistan producing great players again. Quality vs quality, Argentina vs Brazil.

Cracking stuff. When you get a really close test match...nothing like it. Well done Jos Buttler, bloody love that guy, well done Chris Woakes.
