Considering replays on VAR disallow goals for less than a centimetre or a bootlace, a colour clash with the officials should also not have been allowed ?

I didn't see it, but agree it shouldn't have been permitted, even if the likelihood of there being confusion was probably fairly remote.

Take your point about the kit colour but don't think anybody was mistaken on the WBA side
