Which was the only option for Scotland getting anything from the game. Certain we'll still get through the group stage, but Scotland still have a huge amount to do.

Disagree

Not on that performance

Scots edged it

England yet again promise much.

I long ago concluded that many of England's current crop of players are made to look good by overseas stars, and without them they look distinctly ordinary. Slow, laborious build ups, why pass forward when backwards is available? The only honest performances last night came from Aston Villa's Mings and Grealish, not forgetting MOM Pickford who was magnificent in goal and provided the most penetrating attacking pass of the night, which sums up an absent, gone AWOL midfield. Foden, Sterling, and Kane were simply awful. It is a miracle that we English are not waking up to sorry headlines. Grealish must start on Tuesday. All credit to Scotland, but I suspect they won't progress.

At last a perfect assessment.

More scared of losing than winning . Forward line distinctly unimpressed. Lacked leadership on and off the field .
Once again ref who also did Chumps Final, best performance on the pitch.
Cash your cheques for a Tuesday draw
