Billy Kee scored a 93rd minute winner for Accrington against PNE.

Big George scored the third goal for Orient in a 3-1 win.

Never mind the real action is tomorrow night.

I get the feeling Billy Kee is going to be your 2017/18 Adam Le Fondre.

Daniel - Le Fondre, still only 30 years of age is playing for Bolton Wanderers!!!!

Kee is not quite in the same mould, but still a formidable lower league attacker.

Orient at home to Eastleigh
Notts Co played hosts to Accrington in an entertaining 2-2 draw with the on loan Leeds striker Wilks scoring a 95th minute equaliser
And Port Vale face Crewe

Watch thegoals go in later!

Anyone know how many times Macca Bonne actually started for the U's in a "proper" fixture,I.e. not Chuckaturd trophy?
Looks like all he needed was game time and not one manager in the past seasons was prepared to give him that,. Our loss and O's gain I believe.
Saturday does not go anywhere to paper over the cracks and the politics within our club....yet.

Agree Gerry, Bonne never had a proper run. Poorly managed or maybe management - who should know more than I - felt he was only of National League level anyway. I doubt that.

Saturday's win was a lovely lift and unexpected. It must give confidence and hopefully management know how to utilise that effectively. Still reckon Ibehere will score on Saturday.

Gerry I posted this at the start of the season regarding the Macca Bonne fiasco

"Players often don't work out at a club and move on, totally accepted but has Macca Bonne been wasted at Col U.

He has made 84 appearances but only 25 starts and 59 substitute appearances. He has scored 15 goals including 4 in one game the last Col U player to do so since Roy of the United.

Last season he was averaging about 3 minutes a game when he did make it onto the field.

We are in a desperate goalscoring position this season, Guthrie is not yet fit and the pressure will be on from the start.

Bonne should have been given more opportunities and only then could the club have said he was not good enough because however you dress it up that is the situation."

Enough said, it doesnt change the price of fish

Talking about the "price of fish" (and chips), if you are planning an evening in Cleethorpes (Grimsby FC) next month have a look at an alternative venue.

Bonne hat trick today so that makes 7 goals in 5 games.

Ibhere didn't score but he did set up the Cambridge goal. McGreal was moaning that he roughed up our defenders. Pity we don't have a player that can do that.

Odelusi was poor.
