Tuesday's hosts Aldershot Town remain very confident that their pitch will be fit for our midweek visit.

Like pretty much all sides in League Two, the Shots have been the victims of the winter snowfall, and much like ourselves, they have enlisted the help of the supporters to clear all snow from their pitch.

They have posted the following statement on their website: Groundsman Andy Nunn reports that due to the superb efforts of a volunteer group of supporters the playing surface at the EBB Stadium is now clear of snow and perfectly playable as preparations are made for Tuesday's visit of league leaders Rochdale.
