Saints have three games re scheduled for live TV in the opening list of fixtures.

Saints have been allocated three live fixtures by Sky ports in the initial list of televised games up to December, the first change is for the visit of West Ham to St Mary's, this is now to take place a day later on Sunday 15th September with a kick off at 4pm, then on 26th October the Fulham game will remain on Saturday afternoon but will now be a 5.30pm kick off. The final game for Sky in this list will be the away game at Chelsea now changed to Sunday 1st December with a 4pm kick off, however this could be changed to 4.10pm if Spurs are still in the Europa League at that stage.

These are the initial Sky fixtures only, BT who are the other Channel screening live games have not selected Saints for a live viewing in their initial TV listings.

Why might Spurs' fortunes delay a Chelsea v Saints match by 10 minutes?

Whatsforpud - Spurs vs Man Utd is the early Saturday game on Sky but will be shown on Sunday afternoon if Spurs are still in the European thing. This means in order for enough adverts for bookies to be shown between the end of one match and the start of the next we have to go back 10 mins. If Spurs play on Saturday Sky will have all afternoon to get us gambling...

I hate Sky TV, I've never subscribed and I never will! I'd rather pay £100 extra per year on my TV licence and let the BBC televise it all. I'll go one further than that, I'd even pay an extra fee of say £5 per match that I want to watch. With a revenue stream like this I'n sure BBC could compete.

For me their money has ruined football for the die hard fans, not this new breed brought up on a diet of glitz and glam football. kick off Saturday 3.00 pm weekday matches Tuesday 7.00pm, F.A. Cup last game of the season

Rant not quite over, A cap on, the number of foreign players, no foreign managers, cap on players wages and transfer fees. There should be a rising scale for wages throughout the leagues. Players will make their wages up in bonuses, win draw, appearance etc. and of course whatever money the can screw out of sponsors.
