The situation as reported is untenable, if he wants out he will ultimately make that transfer request. The reason he hasn't done so thus far will surely be under legal advice of his agent and their team of lawyers, breach of contract could be far more expensive and damaging to him than losing a signing on fee and loyalty bonus.

So why would lawyers advise him not to put in a transfer request, he hasnt done anything wrong, he can claim he just bumped into Klopp and all the media unrest was nothing to do with him etc.

He hasnt breached his contract and asking to go with a transfer request isnt breaching it, what is more likely to be considered a breach is refusing to train or play if requested

I just want it all to be over, the whole nasty business feels like it's gone on forever. Really good vid, thought all the points of view were interesting and valid. I don't think too many people thought you had anything against Yoshida, most agree he's not good enough but I think people just felt he deserved more backing for being thrust into a situation that wasn't of his making.
