Brennan Dickenson played his first game in nine months, making a substitute appearance for the under 23s this evening as they took on Swansea City in the Premier League Cup.

The 24-year-old winger, who has been injured since April last year, came through the final half hour of the game unscathed.

The U's development team lost the game 4-3, with new signing Paul Rooney getting on the scoresheet.
