The U's have ended their pre-season campaign with a 1-1 draw at Rushden & Diamonds.

The U's had to come from behind after the Diamonds took the lead on the half hour mark. United's goal was an own goal just before half time - a deflected Ashley Vincent shot.

Unfortunately, Steven 'Sicknote' Gillespie went off early in the second half with yet another injury and looks likely to miss the season's opener at Norwich City next week.
