Town’s Community Trust’s ITFC Soccer Centres will be running at various venues across Suffolk again from September, including Bury St Edmunds, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Kesgrave, Saxmundham and Woodbridge. ITFC Soccer Centres offer a 10-week programme of football training, open to both boys and girls aged 6 — 16 years of age.

The centres provide regular weekly training focusing on football techniques such as passing and dribbling, as well as a range of alternative specialised courses.

Goalkeeper courses offer aspiring keepers aged 5 — 19 the chance to develop and refine their skills in techniques such as quick feet, angles and distances and ball distribution. Those who demonstrate higher levels of ability may gain the chance to progress on to Player for Development Centres.

ITFC Soccer Centre girls-only courses are open purely to girls aged 7 — 16 years of age. These courses offer the opportunity for aspiring female players to train and grow in confidence in a girls-only environment. Sessions focus on key elements such as tackling, dribbling, passing and shooting.

New to the 2010/2011 season ITFC Soccer Centres will be launching Crazee’s Kickers, a weekly coaching course designed for younger children aged 4 — 5 who are just beginning to show an interest in football.

Those signed up to Crazee’s Kickers will be able to build up their football skills and confidence in a fun and friendly environment. Crazee, the ITFC mascot will also make an appearance during the 10-week programme.

All courses are 10 weeks in length and cost £35. To book, call 08451 369 333 or for further information visit www.itcommunitytrust.org.uk.

The Trust is also giving away an Ipswich Town pennant, signed by the first team. To find out how you can win, visit the Ipswich Town Community Trust website - .
