Im not Mystic Meg with an insight into how the FA Cup draw is rigged, but in a few weeks time there is a good chance to see the next generation.
Saints will meet Everton in the 3rd round of the FA Youth Cup on Monday December 10th with a 7PM kick off.
It cant be denied that Saints have a great crop of youngsters coming through with several of them having already played in the Premiership and playing well at that, but now there is a chance to see how they compare with other Premier Clubs in a competition that Saints have generally fared well in other the past decade or so.
Admission is a mere £5 for adults with concessions at only £3 and the early kick off means that many young Saints supporters shoul be able to come along and still get home in plenty of time afterwards with it being a school night.
But it doesnt stop there, a week earlier on the 3rd December, same place same time, Saints Under 21 academy side take on Manchester United and hope to improve on their 3-3 draw up in Manchester a few weeks ago.
